3R Studios 48″ x 31.5″ Black Rustic Wall Mirror

After I found this mirror, it was the only one I could envision in our new home. Unfortunately, it was shattered when it arrived. I was crushed! Hayneedle customer service was very easy to get through to and immediately shipped me a replacement…which was also shattered when it arrived. Once again, customer service was super easy to deal with and they immediately re-ordered the mirror for me. Luckily, the third time was the charm! Love the looks of this mirror! Overall, positive experience. The manufacturer really needs to look into higher density Styrofoam packing, heavier duty cardboard, and probably some bubble wrap!
