The race-ready ’VB77’ wristwatch, named after Valtteri’s signature, shows what can happen when Finland’s premier watchmaker, Stepan Sarpaneva (the ’S’ to UhrenFabrik’s ‘U.F’) teams up with Finland’s latest generation of fearless racers – who, away from tearing up circuits at 200mph, happens to be a diehard watch enthusiast. This VB77 has unique details that cannot be found in any other S.U.F model, such as its super-tough DLC-coated case, and its open-worked dial’s racy four-way colourscheme. There’s a new matt finished screwdown crown, too, keeping things as tight as Valtteri’s cornering skills.
