.035″ Contact Tips for Miller MDX Acculock Multimatic T-M035 (20-PK)

Purchased an MDX-250 15ft .030-.035 Acculock (made in the USA) for a very old Millermatic 200. Low and behold, the old tips won’t fit! Forced me into these new tips – and they are awesome! I’m not sure if the rounded tip vice the old flat tip makes a difference, but this welder sure seems to be a completely different welder with the new MDX-250 gun using the USWELDWIRE tips. 20 hours into welding with the same tip and not a wire lock or block yet. I’ve gone from ‘I hate this machine’ to ‘what can I weld next?’. VERY easy on the pocket book, I won’t wait for a tip failure again – first nuance of tip wear and it’s replaced! C’mon, at the price of $18 for a 20 pack of the USWELDWIRE Miller MDX Acculock Multimatic T-M035 makes the tips less than a buck each. YES!
