The point of a highly concentrated oiled floor cleaner is to be highly cost effective while being highly efficient. The recommended dilution rate is 1 to 50 or 1 to 100. It all depends on how often you wash your floors.  For very high traffic commercial floors that are being washed a few times per day, dilute the product to its maximum dilution rate of 1 to 100, but if you are cleaning an oiled floor occasionally only, then a dilution of 1 to 50 would be better (1 part product & 50 parts water).  Soak the mop into the bucket, squeeze it well with the wringer or the squeezer until the mop is semi wet. Start washing the floor going along the fibre of the wood. Never soak the floor or mix up a number of products. While wet, the floor might look patchy, but when it dries it will look spotless.   Your oiled floor can last for many years and can have outstanding protection for longer if you are maintaining it properly.
