Description THIS IS THE COUPLING THAT CONNECTS THE ELECTRIC MOTOR TO THE HYDRAULIC PUMP ON MANY FENNER STONE / SPX POWERUNIT ON AUTOMOTIVE LIFTS THIS IS THE LONGER OF THE TWO VERSION COMMONLY FOUND ON THIS BRAND POWER UNIT AND MEASURES – 1.25″ long and is 9 female splines on both sides ( be sure to measure your coupler before ordering as there are two different common lengths) The indication this coupler has failed is the Car lift power unit motor will run but it will free spin , and you wont here the hydraulic pump “load up” or wine. It can also make a grinding noise but not lift a vehicle. We recommend inspecting both shaft that go into this coupler because some times the shafts will strip out and this coupling will not fix the problem.
