Over the years I’ve used several different brands of flux core in my Hobart machines, from cheaper brands to expensive brands. This is the cheapest brand I’ve bought and it is by far the best. Prior to this I disliked flux core so much, I went out and bought a tank and started using gas which can get kind of expensive. When looking to buy some more solid wire, I ran across this wire and thought I’d buy it as a backup, just in case I ran out of gas in the middle of a project. I tried it and now I wonder why I went with gas at all. It spatters very little and flows great. Now I’m using the gas as a backup when/if I run out of this flux core . Much cheaper this way.An old TV commercial used to sell something by saying “it’s good stuff, cheap”.This is one of those things.
