This stainless steel performs exceptionally well in humid environments, offering good elasticity and easy sharpening. **DURABLE AND WELL-BALANCED BLADE**: The Rosemary knife features a full-tang construction, forged from a single piece of steel that extends the entire length and width of the handle, with scales securely attached. This is one of the most durable designs for fixed-blade knives. The chef’s knife blade has a Full Flat Grind, providing excellent cutting performance for slicing, chopping, deboning, and other kitchen tasks.
